Short version: this is analysis and record-keeping software. It cannot place trades, does not give advice and does not promise results. Crypto derivatives can lose more than your initial margin.
1. What this service is
FreeTradingChecklist.online provides software for crypto market analysis, risk calculation, trade checklists, watchlists, alert definitions, journaling and historical simulation. It is a tool for organising your own decisions.
The service is not a broker, exchange, dealer, portfolio manager, investment adviser, signal provider or custodian. It does not hold funds, place orders, manage positions or connect to exchange trading accounts.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate account information and use one account per person unless an operator agrees otherwise in writing. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. No financial, investment or tax advice
Nothing on this service is advice, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Calculated levels, indicators, patterns, checklist prompts and simulated outcomes are informational only.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, tax reporting and compliance with the laws and exchange rules that apply to you. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Market data and third-party services
Public market data is requested from third-party endpoints, principally Binance spot and USDⓈ-M futures REST APIs. Data may be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited, incorrect or unavailable. It can differ from the prices and funding on your exchange.
The service does not guarantee continuous availability of any feed. When a feed fails, the interface may show an unavailable state rather than a number. Do not rely on this service for time-critical execution or risk protection.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass authentication or row-level security, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape at a rate that degrades the service, upload malicious code, or use the service to break the law.
Do not present outputs from this service as personalised advice to third parties, and do not use it to operate an unlicensed managed-account or signal service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, trades, checklist content and other material you submit. You grant the operator a limited licence to store, process and display that material back to you so the service can function.
You are responsible for having the right to submit the content. Do not upload another person's confidential information or material you are not allowed to store.
7. Availability, changes and termination
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be suspended or be removed. The operator does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations or preservation of data beyond the configured backup arrangements.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion from the account page. The operator may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements or security risk. Where practical, notice will be given.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses or missed opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
The service's interface, source code, branding and original content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you a right to copy, resell or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or a separate written licence.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be surfaced in the product where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms: support@freetradingchecklist.online. Do not send passwords, private keys or card details by email.
Crypto risk disclosure
Read before tradingCrypto assets and derivatives are volatile and can lose value rapidly. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. A liquidation can close a position at a loss larger than the margin you posted, depending on the exchange, contract and market conditions.
Funding payments, trading fees, slippage, mark-price rules, maintenance-margin tiers and liquidity can all change the outcome of a position. A stop order is not a guarantee of a fill at the stop price, especially in a gap or a thin market.
Backtests, indicator readings, detected patterns and alert definitions are not predictions. A historical simulation can be wrong about the future and can overstate returns because it does not model every real cost. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Never use this service as your only risk control. Use exchange-native risk controls and seek independent professional advice if you need it.
Your data is scoped by account under row-level security.
